A very nice small town race. I was looking for a half marathon while I was going to be in Eugene, OR and there was not one. However, I found this 5K/10K race and decided to do it. There weren’t a lot of runners but it was very well organized and chip timed. Packet pickup was easy and we had time to get there after our flight arrived. Tshirts were just $15 additional. There weren’t any medals but I’m ok with that. I came in first for females for the 10K and received a nice shirt that said CHAMPION. 🙂 Post run food was amazing. There was nan bread and potato curry and many fresh baked goods. There was a small vendor event. All was related to the 10 year anniversary of the Dahli Lamas visit to Eugene, OR.

A very nice small town race. I was looking for a half marathon while I was going to be in Eugene, OR and there was not one. However, I found this 5K/10K race and decided to do it.
