Dare to Ascend Trail Run

EVENT DISCONTINUED. Per race website: “We are sad to announce that we will no longer be hosting the Dare to Ascend Trail Run. It’s been such a joy to serve and get to know the incredible running community in Central Texas. After much thought and prayer the leadership of Ascend has come to the conclusion that this particular event no longer falls within the scope and vision of our organization. We are thankful for everyone who has participated and volunteered over the years. If you have been a part of the race in the past and are interested in continuing to serve or partner with Ascend, please reach out to us, we would love to talk with you about some ways you can be involved in supporting our cause.”

Come join us for the Dare To Ascend trail marathon, half marathon, & 5K on Lake Georgetown. The 26.8 mile Goodwater loop is scenic, wild, and promises to be a thrill ride for runners of all skill levels. All proceeds from the race go toward leadership development programs for at risk youth.
