CWU Salmon Run 5K & 10K

A fun run for the whole family! Celebrating Earth Day and our favorite anadromous fish – the salmon.

The CWU Salmon Run begins at 10:00 a.m. on the east side of Dean Hall on the Central Washington University campus. The 5k will be run around the CWU campus, and the 10k will be two laps of the 5k course. The course is mostly flat, with a gentle upward slope as you run north and a gentle downward slope as you run south. There will be one water stop on the course, and people at major intersections to point you in the right direction. Water and fruit will be available at the finish line.
