Crystal River Triathlon Series Race #3

The third & final race of the Crystal River Sprint Triathlon Series will be held this October.

Triathlon: Swim 0.25 Mile, Bike 15 Miles, Run 3 Miles.
Duathlon: Run 2 Miles, Bike 15 Miles, Run 3 Miles.
Aquabike: Swim .25 Mile, Bike 15 Miles, Run thru the Finish Line.

Triathlon course details:
– SWIM ¼ mile in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico
– BIKE 15 miles out and back on this fast and flat course, running through the pristine estuaries of West Central Florida’s beautiful “Nature Coast” The entire course is paved.
– RUN 3 miles out and back with water available at miles 1 and 2
