Cow Pie Trail Run

The Cow Pie Trail Run route is a loop course traveling over gravel/dirt roads, cow paths, and the pastures of beautiful central Nebraska. The half marathon route goes through an old tree claim, beside a settler’s cemetery, along an old wagon road, by windmills, and abandoned homesteads. This is the wide-open prairie of the pioneers! It is a tough course with holes, ruts, stickers, cow pies, and lots and lots of hills. But if the cows can do it, so can you!

Yummy pork roast BBQ sandwiches, baked beans, chips, and homemade desserts will be served after the race followed by hayrack rides. A perfect way to celebrate Autumn!
