Cool Sommer Mornings Triathlon & 5K Series Race #1

Welcome to the annual Cool Summer Mornings Triathlon & 5K Series (previously known as the Clermont Triathlon\Duathlon\5K Series) at the World Triathlon Destination, Clermont Waterfront Park! Each event features a Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and 5K Run/Walk. All events are themed and family friendly! This first event in the series will feature a Happy Days theme!

The 5K run course is an out and back course on the South Lake Trail. Amenities include a Super Cool themed finisher medal, colorful event shirt, accurately measured and well monitored course, post-race food tent, cold beer, and more! Registering by 10 days before the race ensures proper t-shirt size. Finish all 4 races and receive a really cool 5th Finisher Medal!

Sprint Triathlon: 440 yard Swim, 10.6 mile Bike, 5K Run
Duathlon: athletes will run 1 mile, cycle 10.6 miles, and then run 3.1 miles to finish.
