Castlewood Canyon Endurance Run

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, runner participation counts for the Castlewood Canyon Endurance Run will initially be capped at 30 Runners Maximum. An additional 20 Runners may be added if conditions warrant and/or an additional Event Date (i.e. Friday) is added to the Castlewood Canyon Endurance Run to spread out the running field.

Come join the Sasquatch Running Company as we host the 2nd Annual Castlewood Canyon Endurance Run this May at the Castlewood Canyon State Park in Franktown, Colorado. This Endurance Run is Uber Technical and has gorgeous views from the high canyon rims, challenging steep rocky ascents/descents, Castlewood Dam Ruins, Historical Sites, Waterfalls, Boulder Bridge Crossings, Rock Steps, Wooden Steps, Rocks, Rocks, and more Rocks than you can shake a stick at!

The Castlewood Canyon Endurance Run Course (12-Hour Ultra) consists of 3 Different Trail Loops… [1] Canyon Loop = 6.7 Miles (Elevation Gain = 885 Feet)
[2] Rock Pile Loop = 5.6 Miles (Elevation Gain = 429 Feet)
[3] Peewee Loop = 1.8 Miles (Elevation Gain = 218 Feet)
[T] Total Loop Miles = 14.1 Miles (Total Elevation Gain = 1,532)

All Runners will receive a Finisher Award, Event Shirt, and Lunch/Dinner based on Course Finishing Time. Top Finisher Awards (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) will also be awarded to Top Finishers of each Course Distance (Female and Male)!
