The Osterville Village Library receives approximately one-third of our annual operating budget from the Town of Barnstable and we just heard this year is going to be cut. The remainder of our budget is raised from your support of our fund-raising events such as the Road Race, Golf Tournament, Experience Osterville Guide, Plein Air, Land Rover Car Raffle and donations. The library is the heart and soul of the village and works closely with residents and leaders to enhance the quality of life in our village and town.

The mission of The Osterville Village Library is to inspire lifelong learning, advance knowledge, and strengthen our community. To fulfill our mission, we rely on library staff, collections, programs and the participation of our patrons and community.
