Calvin Classic 5K

Run for a reason — to put a college education within reach for remarkable students. When you sign up for the Calvin Classic 5K on Calvin’s beautiful campus, you support scholarships which directly benefit Calvin students.

The USATF certified 5K course runs through Calvin’s scenic, relatively flat college campus. The 5K race will begin with the handcycle racers starting just before the runners, and walkers starting just behind the runners. Strollers are welcome, but must stay at the back of the race. Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards and animals are not allowed on the course. Strollers may enter the Hoogenboom Gym using the handcycle entrance in Lot 6. All participants must be registered and have a race number to participate. Note: If it’s decided that an in-person race is not a possibility, we will transfer registrations to the virtual race option.

The Fun Run will be held outside this year Calvin’s track and is for children ages 3-9. Races are divided by age groups. Distances range from 100 yards to a quarter mile. Youth participants will receive a short-sleeved t-shirt and finisher ribbon.

$10 per child + processing fee.
Parents may accompany very young children (no registration needed for parents)
