Blood, Sweat & Beers 5K (IA)

This signature event of the Family Cancer Network (FCN) has become a premier 5K Run/Walk event in the Des Moines, Iowa area. Race entrants join year after year because this event is fun and emotionally moving. It is a family friendly event, including activities for children, great food and beverage AND the best part of all—several of our grant recipients and their families join us to share their stories. It is a day filled with fun, support and a true sense of community.
