Beidleheimer Sidewinder 10K & 20K

The Beidleheimer Sidewinder 10K is a rolling and mostly downhill run on unpaved forest roads in Central PA’s scenic Rothrock State Forest. This is Leg 4 (run in the reverse direction) of the Tussey Mountainback 50 Mile Relay and Ultramarathon course. Total elevation loss: 429 ft.

Don’t miss our region’s ONLY race with age and gender-adjusted results and awards! Net elevation DROP, and includes a pre-race bus tour of the course! Runners meet at Whipple Dam State Park. Runners will be transported at 9:30 a.m. to the start. The race starts at 10 a.m. Finish at Whipple Dam State Park.
