Alsea Falls Spring Fling

The Alsea Falls Spring Fling is just what you need to get a season of trail running into full swing with a 5K, 10K or 1/2 marathon of Trail running. If you are new to trail running this is an excellent event to try out in the 5K and if you are looking for more of a challenge the 10K or 1/2 marathon may be just the ticket!

It’s spring time and we have more daylight and time to run through the woods at Alsea Falls. The Spring Fling will be a delight as we stage from the Day Use area and take on a 1/2 marathon, 10K or 5K for the new Trail Runner. Its easy, 5K runs to the 5K turnaround sign. 10K to aid 1 alpha aid and turnaround, and the half continues for one heck of an adventure to the south side of Alsea Falls and back!

All entered will be treated to a family BBQ after with beverages included! We will have Veggie options and you can go bun-free if Gluten intolerant. Also post-event treats included after your personal fling in the woods.
