A Tri in the Buff Triathlon

Welcome to A Tri in the Buff! The oldest triathlon in Buffalo held on the shores of Lake Erie in beautiful Evangola State Park. This event offers something for everyone from beginner (Try A Tri) to experienced (Intermediate Tri).

Events include:
– Intermediate Triathlon 1.5k Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run*
– Aquabike Intermediate 1.5k Swim, 40k Bike*
– Short Triathlon .75k Swim, 20k Bike, 5k Run*
– Try-A-Tri 200m Swim, 12k Bike, 3k Run*
– Duathlon 5k Run, 40k Bike, 5k Run*
– Kids Triathlon
Ages 10 and under – 0.1 miles Swim, 1.45 mile Bike Bike, 0.65 mile Run*
Ages 11-15 – 0.12 miles Swim, 2.9 mile Bike Bike, 0.94 mile Run*
