5K Oakland Tech Fundraiser Race

Support the Oakland Tech Track and Field Team by running a 5k community race in Joaquin Miller Park on Sunset Trail. The location offers beautiful scenery and towering trees for leisurely racers but a challenge for competitive runners. The OT Track and Field team is organizing the race as a fundraiser to buy new uniforms and fund the entry fees and travel expenses for away track meets. Both of our varsity XC teams placed first in the Oakland Championship race in the Fall and look forward to continuing that performance through the track season this Spring.
