Course is flat and fast. My biggest complaint would be to start the 9k race AFTER the 1/2 marathon start. I didn’t understand the logic, other races with multiple distance, tend to start shorter distance at end. There were quite a few “groups” that were there to walk and they would take the entire width of the course. It was very frustrating as the start was already crowded with the 1/2 runners and passing became difficult, especially since the volunteers were doing their job and telling everyone to stay left.. The crowd didn’t break until the 9k folks peeled off at around mile 3-4?? And, I would love to NOT get so many emails. It is just insane the amount that are sent out! But, good race, great after party and will do again!
