I’ve run a few Brazen races in the past and have loved them. This was a new venue for me so thought it would be fun to try out this half marathon course. I was nervous about the weather but we hit a dry 2 hour pocket so that worked out great!! The race was well stocked with aid stations. The views were really nice and it was fun to run across the bridge. The part I didn’t enjoy was double backing and bumping elbows with those going the opposite direction. Seemed a little confusing at times. I understand there is only so much usable area to run there so they made it work best they could. Overall I enjoyed it and will return for more Brazen trail runs 🙂
