I love the views and the after party. I also enjoy harder races.
It is summer time, so it will be warm, there will be some hills (rolling) and some gravel for a couple miles, you really need to show up early (they close the roads down). It is not easy for spectators to get around to cheer you on, so if you have family/friends coming- have them bring a book or have them show up closer to when you will be finishing, you should also bring cash for food or a cooler with your own food. If you think you need more water than most people, bring your own (same with calories), Then take your time to drink wine and sober up 🙂 I love this winery, they are always great.
