Its a nice two stage race mentally. The first half is pretty rural and quiet but gets a bit monotonous by the time it ends. Lots of lonnnnnng stretches. Then down a big long parkway, and then FLAT along the lake. Its nicely broken up that way. Organization was fine. Food was just OK. I might do it again in a couple of years. Even though the weather was really bad this year, I enjoyed it very much! Volunteers were great and all the aid stations well stocked.
