I didn't make it to the expo, but really appreciated race day packet pick-up! The course provided a few challenging hills, but nothing that would have totally killed the day. … MORE
I didn’t make it to the expo, but really appreciated race day packet pick-up! The course provided a few challenging hills, but nothing that would have totally killed the day. Spectators were few, but the scenery as we ran through the park on the latter part of the race definitely saved it. The only bummer was the finish through the school parking lot and then uphill! The medals were AWESOME! As were the shirts. I didn’t try the food, but they had freshly grilled burgers at the finish – that was cool!! I did have a margarita – that was a nice touch too!
