It was my first race ever and I think Vacation Races have set the bar very high! The communication prior to the event was on point with lots of information on the race itself, registration, where to park and the course. Once we got to the venue, parking was very easy. The announcer did a great job on pumping everyone up and giving clear directions on what to do. During the race, there are more than enough water stations for rehydration. I did not ever feel like I couldn’t make it to the next station. There were people along the way that helped with the directions of the course so there were no confusion on the course. The Rockies were breathtakingly beautiful which made the run so much more fun. I will 100% recommend to first-timers and will definitely run with VR again!
