As a first time marathon runner in our current pandemic I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a little nervous! Let me tell you this race blew my mind. First of all the scenery was beautiful. I wasn’t sure if I was in person or running on my nordiatrac. This was something out of the discovery channel. Second of all the course was amazing, nice smooth and mostly flat. There was stands about every 6 miles with water, snacks, etc. this blew me away I expected to take my own snacks and water. Everyone was so friendly and encourage each other! The finish line was great with pictures and snacks as well. I would recommend this to everyone. So much that I’m running the Windermere one with a friend. I’m so excited and stocked! Enjoy your runs!
