This was my first time running in the Indy Monumental and completing my first half marathon. It was an unbelievable experience! Everything was properly planned out. Roads were clearly marked, water stations were plentiful, and the volunteers were exceptional. There was an amazing atmosphere between the racers, spectators, and volunteers. There are so many people cheering you on and encouraging you along the way. It was very uplifting and made me proud of my city. I would absolutely encourage anyone to participate in this race and I look forward to participating again to beat my time.
