Numerous hills to test your resolve with a relatively flat middle. They decided to end the race with a bone crushing descent while adding in the JC Nichols hill from The Hospital Hill run. These two negatively influence the overall ease of the race. Many people will eat the pavement or strain a hamstring on the final descent.
