The Yellowstone half marathon was nicely organized and was very easy to navigate through. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The course is mostly on gravel and trail, which lead to some difficulties if you are not a trail runner. It was scenic and peaceful. Absolutely the perfect way to start your day in Yellowstone National Park and be a part of it.
Thanks to all the volunteers who were so nice and friendly. The staff for the race are amazing. They want all runners to have the best time of their lives, and work with everyone in the case the run had to be deferred! My boyfriend injured his foot and wasn’t able to run 13 miles, but they were so nice and allowed him to defer it to another race! Absolutely the best. Thank you for following covid guidelines and the health and the happiness of all the runners!
