So, after 26 Spartan races, a Ragnar Trail race, a few half-marathons and the L.A. Marathon, I moved onto Ironman. I have done two 70.3’s and am training for my first full. I never thought I would go back to trail running again. Until Silver Moon. I won a free race at my running clubs annual banquet and chose to do the 24-hour Silver Moon. My thinking was that I could get a good long training run in, sleep, and get another long training run in. Never did I think I would fall in love with this race. Everything about it was great. The venue was great. The organizers were great. The volunteers were great. The vibe was great. I will be back in 2020, and every year henceforth.
