Very well organised event all round, road closures and marshaling were particularly well managed and ensured runner safety throughout. Road closures stayed in place until the very last finishers (not me, but I watched them come in!). Aid stations well stocked and well staffed by enthusiastic helpers. The race had a real community feel with different local groups managing aid stations, and the community, rightly, seems proud of its event. Lots of free car parking very close to the start/finish area, and a good post-race refreshments area. Very supportive announcers at the finish. Varied course, with the river crossings providing the wow moments and some nice relaxed park running in the latter stages. Highly recommended event, really exceeded expectations.
