If you follow the instructions in the NAG emails you received prior to race day you won’t have a problem. Two locations for bib pickup, I choose the Lahaina location (free parking) and a short walk to pick up bib/ start of race. Race morning, the race started on time, you ran along the beach road, through neighborhood and then the highway. The highway was corner off with cones, so you can run on the shoulder of the road. It was an out and back turn around, police monitoring street closures. Flat course with ample water stations that provided cold water, Gatorade, gummies and a few other snacks. Post Race food was cookies, pretzels, oranges, ( basic snacks). People that was completing this race as their 50th state received an extra medal and there was a cake for the celebration. The race ended by the beach. I just wish post race food was better. I highly recommend this race, after all it’s Hawaii.

Participants was bused 20 minutes away to the start line. Race was flat 99.9%, only incline was the bridge after mile 11. Ample water stations throughout the race that provide water and Powerade. Race ran along the Gulfport beach area and ended inside MGM park. The post-race food was shrimps’ gumbo, pulled port sandwiches (no veggie options), coke, sprite, fruits cups, and lots of beer. The medal is cute, it’s an open seashell but it is very small. I have 5k medals bigger than this. The medal size needs to improve. T-shirt has no advertisement on the back, I appreciate this, and the race bag has pictures on it.

I stayed at the doubletree Biloxi- Hilton. It was a 5 minutes’ walk to the shuttle bus at MGM park. I recommend staying here, it provided late check out for runners (2pm).

Flat race that starts in downtown Petersburg. Course was well supported with ample water stops, volunteers, and police officers assisting with street closure. After you run through the city, you head to the restaurants area where businesses were out offering drinks and coffee. You then ran to the waterfront. Post-race feast was the best, (chicken and rice, pizza, baked salmon and kale salad, fruits), also vendors was out selling stuff. Defiantly was a party type affair after the race. Medal and water bottle were given out at the finish line. Highly recommended this race and I will travel to run it again, so much fun.

Easy bib pickup in downtown Chandler, free ample garage parking. No expo, you get a shirt, Balega socks and your bib. Race started at 6:30am, very flat race, that took you through the main streets, back of neighborhoods and a majority of the race on the canal. No crowd support, ample water stations with extremely watered-down Gatorade. Excellent job at street closure. Finish line- water, banana and a cracker snack. Huge pretty medal. I recommend this race just wish some form of electrolyte was offered on the course or at least the finish line.

Bib pickup was easy at Dick Sporting store. You received your bib, quarter zip shirt and a reusable bag. Race day parking was easy at a free parking garage right across the street from the race. Another garage was a 6 minutes walk away. Race course was through the city street for a mile and then we entered a park. The course was well marked, we ran through two parks. One HUGE hill within mile one, but since it was an out and back, it was fun to run downhill. Finish line- hot apple cider, candy apple, trail mix, water, and a race cup along with your medal. It was a cold start but an easy relatively flat race to run. Ample water stations throughout the course and encouraging volunteers. I recommend this race.

Bib pick up was drive through on a narrow two way street. Good idea but the street and alleyway wasn’t meant for this. Race morning, easy parking at slots furnace which was a few feet away from race start. Course was very hilly, no Portia potty on the course, at mile 1.34 they started to open the streets and asked for runners/ walkers to get on the sidewalk. Worst race I’ll ever run, I do not recommend this race. The medal was nice but the shirt is cotton.

Expo: Race shirt is long sleeves, reusable bag with sunglasses, Gatorade 10pk, rain poncho, protein shake mix and cowbell in it. Participants were bused to the start of the race (which was 7.5 miles out), the shuttle picked runners up in Belmont or Millenium Park. Bus started transport at 4:45am. This was too early for me because the race started at 7am. Ample water station throughout the course with both water and Gatorade. Crowd support on the highway, it was an out and back FLAT course. Post-race food (water, Gatorade, pizza, bananas and chips). A HUGE finisher medal. I highly recommend this race. Buses shuttle participants back to the location they were picked up at. I will definitely repeat this race.

This race started in the mountains/countryside, so we were bused to the race start. The race rolled through the country with roads that were not closed to traffic. At one-point cars was coming on both sides. After mile 9.5 we went through neighborhoods and then ended in downtown Bozeman. The medal was made of wood, race food was water, milk and bagels. A few aid stations on the course with water, Gatorade and gu. No crowd support, but the course was well marked. It was an okay race.

A very unique race for it started at midnight for the Full marathon and 51K, 12:30 am for the half. This race also offered a 10k and a 5k. Participate where bused from Vegas for the 2.5-hour ride to Rachel NV. The race was on the ET highway, very dark, flat course, headlamps and reflective vest were mandatory. Cool dri-fit alien theme race shirt. I highly recommend this race for the unique experience. I will definitely run it again. *do take bug spray, the gnats ate me alive*

Bib pickup was at the zoo, so you had problems finding parking because the zoo was open to the public. Race shirt is cotton. Shuttle to the race was not smooth. Once we got off the shuttle we did not know where to walk, the bus driver didn’t know. It took us 8-10 minutes to get to the race start. We should have been drop off closer to the race. Racecourse did not have enough volunteers; at one point of the race, I did not know where to go. No markings on the open trial. Not enough water stops, post-race refreshments okay. This race was small for the half marathon, the 5k had a larger turn out.

Love the huge, heavy, detail medal. Well organized race, start and finish at the same location across the street from host hotel. Other hotels are in walking distance. Inaugural race that started running through neighborhoods and then into a park. The neighborhood had slight incline, the park was flat but it was cold and windy, lots of head wind. Volunteers was awesome, adequate water stations that served Gatorade, gummy bears, cookies, and even tissues for your nose. Last 1/2 mile took you through Falls Park, where you ran pass the Falls. Brunch at the end that included, coffee, orange juice, water, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, pastries. Free race photos. Medal small, but it’s a bottle opener. Highly recommend this race!
