Destination Races Wine Country Half is always a great race! The course is fairly scenic and displays several different types of agricultural and forested areas, and the heat usually doesn’t hit too hard until about the halfway point. Of course, the finish line is always the best – great medals and free wine tastings from some of Oregon’s finest wineries! Add to it the charm of Carlton, the town in which the race ends, and you have a win-win race!
