What to know. Do not sign up for any of the Viking Trail Dash races! I signed up for this one 6 months ago and the day of the race I drove to Cleveland and no one was there! After a few I began searching online and in my emails and found that they emailed me the night before saying they had to cancel the whole race. No explanation!! No I am trying to get a refund which they have not yet responded. I am very pissed off!

This is one of the best Team RWB races out there! The race is a 5 mile loop on trail. Very flat and beautiful. The volunteers are amazing, the food is amazing, and you can camp overnight. One of my favorite races of the year!!

Well this was a bad one for me. The marking of the course has too many different flags and turns. I added 2 miles to my run as a passing running thought he was helping and told me I missed a turn. I also rolled my ankle.

Well this race was well done, except the fact that I was given a full marathon metal when I should of got a half marathon metal I have spent over a month trying to get the correct metal from the race director and have been getting the run around! I am very unhappy with this!! It was cold and wet and the scenery even thought it was pretty it is the same the whole race which gets very boring. I finished even though my hamstring keep crapping and I think I have a cold.

This race is amazing every year! Course is flat dirt, awesome aid stations and food, and you can run either 50k, 50mile, 100k, 50/50, or 100mile distance. Team RWB strong! and helping veterans. This a must race. You can camp overnight for free. Love this race I run it every year.

This race is always done well. This year was a little bumpy due to Covid but they pulled it off. It was a rough race for me as my training had been lacking due to covid.

This race was changed to a virtual race due to Covid19. I ran all around Canton for this one. The weather was great, nice and sunny. I wish I could of ran it in Cleveland but there is always next year!

The race was changed to a virtual race due to COVID 19. I ran this race with my daughter at her pace as she was running a 5k for another virtual race. It was very nice to get to run with my daughter and it helped to keep her spirits up during this trying time with the virus out break.

Another great race! It was very cold but that is every year. The medal is awesome! The only complaint I would have is that a ton of people that are just going to walk the race all gather right up front and in the first half mile or so all the runners are very crowded so when they say go it is a bad bottle neck. That aside the race is always well done. Lots of folks dress up like parts of the movie which is really cool. And you get to see some of Cleveland downtown. All around it is just a good time.

This is a great race and cause! This was my first try at this race and it was great! Very well ran, everyone was friendly and in a happy mood. The trial was beautiful and a killer! 2,100 ft of elevation gain and I did the added challenge this year called the Cherry on Top, which was an additional 300 ft gain in .1 of a mile up hill.The volunteers were wonderful and my legs are killing me lol.

This was my first time running this race and me and my friend went super slow and just had a good time and took tons of pics. The course is beautiful, everyone was friendly and just had a great time. Next year I think I will try the 25K or 50K.

This was my first year running this race and it was one of the coolest races ever. The course has a lot of hills but dotted with movie land marks the whole way and after the race you get a free entry into the prison. Such an interesting place and everyone was so friendly and fun. I could spend all day here. After the race the town is very cute and has many small good restaurants.

What an amazing race! This was my first out of state race and I loved it! The course you get to see a little of everything, the city, monuments, and country side. The whole race from the expo to race to end is ran like a well oiled machine as you would expect due to the Marines are running it 🙂 The course was a little tough and the heat got to me so I did not finish with the pace I wanted but it was just a great experience.
