I have run this race 13 times. I have watched it grow from year to year. This is good and bad. With more runners, its difficult to pass the slower ones, the walkers and the runners who stop right in the middle of the water stations. It’s a pretty race with predictable weather conditions – almost always cool. It would be helpful to have more entertainment on the course. Maybe a little longer time between starting the waves. Also, somehow try to keep the walkers in the last wave. I know, from racing other races, this is always a challenge. Btw, the volunteers were and always are amazing! Love them out there!
