I liked that the race was so economically friendly and tried to minimize as much waste as possible by giving us our own water bottles; however, stopping to get water slows your time if you’re looking for a personal best. The race itself was beautiful and although cold in the beginning, you’ll definitely warm up as you start to run more. The only complaint I have is with the bus/shuttle system in the morning. I know it was only the second half in Yosemite, but much can be improved for the next race.
