I loved this race! I did Bloomsday 13 years ago and decided to do it this year with my daughter. I had forgotten what a pretty course it is! There were plenty of aid stations along the way and lots of people from the community cheering everyone on. The shuttles to and from the race were great. We, of course, loved the shirts that only finishers get and it’s always a surprise until you get to the finish! The after party had a lot of food and treats available, although I wish there had been a little more variety (3 different pizza places but very few of anything else). All in all, it was a great experience for my daughter and I are we plan to do it every year from now on!
