This is a fast course, but it’s also challenging. The rolling hills are deceptive, so you really have to trust your training and stay on your pace.
What really helps are the superior aid stations and dedicated volunteers. You’ll never go hungry or lose hydration.
There are spectators everywhere. On mile 22 through the finish, you’re in a tunnel of cheering and motivaton. It’s the best.
And the finish, a picturesque scene of the state capitol, is unmatched.
