This race was very challenging! I enjoyed running at a higher altitude and seeing the beauty of Cedar Breaks/Aspen Meadows. The start of the race was the best. What other race has you go up a ski lift to get to the up to the starting line? I was challenged by so many things (head phones not working, dropping my energy bites, and falling). Despite my obstacles, I enjoyed my time in Brian Head. Vacation Races is my favorite series and looking forward to my next race with them!

If you like the challenge of having both trail and road, then this is for you! This race course had stunning views of the cactus forests, wild animals to cheer you on, and perfect weather! The hydration stations of gnarly and honey stingers are one of the reasons I keep returning to this race series! This was my 5th vacation race event and will not be my last!
