I ran this as my first half and was so impressed! This race is impeccably run and organized. Packet pickup is super fun, tons of activities for the kids to do and lots of great sponsors. The swag and EC Marathon gear is great. People who hadn’t run the race were asking me where they could order shirts/etc. The course was just right for my first half. It was challenging enough but the back half was flat/ downhill. The water/Gatorade stations were plentiful. My favorite part of all was how well it is supported by the community. The whole way there were supporters with hilarious signs which kept me really engaged and entertained. The after race party was great too with lots of food trucks/vendors.
