I have ran this since 2013. I love the event. Very well organized. Nice swag. Nice fairly flat course. If you are looking to run a PR this may be the course for you. Finishing and starting down town Des Moines is excellent. Fairly easy to find parking. Plenty for your family to do while they wait for you to finish.
