I have ran this race several times.
Cons: Weather is a BIG factor. Tornados, wind, heat, humidity = race delays, less sleep, lowered performance.
Same medal every year!
Expo is subpar.
No scenery.
Lots of walkers.
Pros: 5K runners are on a different day. FINALLY!
Race support is great.
Remembering the survivors/victims.
