    Over 3 years ago my mom died and my best friend of over 40 years got cancer. I started off for just the release of stress since I had not run since night school. What started off as stress buster is now part of who I am I run for the health of it and I race for fun.

I ran this event for the first time last year. Wanted to beat my PR and PB and I did by 21m. This event will be my every year must. The volunteers are top notch and the scenery is awesome.
