Some portapots on course. Manned water/aid stations every 2 miles. Every turn on course was also manned. Results posted fast. Most all participants received a handcrafted age group award. Refreshments afterward. Nice long sleeve shirt and medal.

Course is mostly asphalt and cement but a portion near the beginning is on a packed dirt trail through woods, there is also some boardwalk. There are pacers, plenty of water stops, mile markers. Ice pops about halfway. It gets dark if you take more than 1:45 to complete, so good idea to wear a headlamp. Skimpy free refreshments after race, but this year they did give a beer coupon. This year race had just under 30 participants. Race is mostly on asphalt roads, with some on cement trails/sidewalks, wooden bridge, gravel/dirt. Portions of race are on not closed roads, so good idea to wear bright visible clothing. Several hills in the course. Enough water stops and pass by some portapots. Not many milemarkers. Nice hot pasta meal after the race along with usual fruits/cookies. Results posted same day. Shirt is a blend and was supposed to be longsleeved, but turned out to be shortsleeve. Awards based on 10 year age groups.

Nice opening ceremony with parashooters, National Anthem, etc… Mile markers at each mile. Clocks at every 5K increment. Plenty of water/gatorade/food/vaseline stations. Some portapots on route, but starting around the 5K lots of mostly males and even some females ran to the woods to take a leak. Mostly asphalt course (several potholes/wavy spots) with some cement and brick areas. Lots of crowd support and funny signs along most of course.
Long sleeved sort of turtle neck technical shirt and nice medal. Nice snacks after race. Results posted same day. Crowded after race.

Race is in a county park on mostly cement, asphalt and boardwalk bridges – several out and backs to make up the miles. Water/gatorade snacks are at the start which you pass every 3.1 miles. Most of the course is in the shade. Few participants in these races. Generic tech shirt listing the race organizer, not specific to race(see attached). Ok medal.. Results posted day of race, but only show names, times and order of finishers, not ages.

Race starts out on asphalt road, then does about a mile on a trail through woods, then back to asphalt and cement. Mile markers at most miles. Race is in August at night, so usually very hot. Bring a headlight because it is really dark in some areas. It rained prior to race this year, so that cooled it down. Plenty of water/gatorade stops on the route and ice pops at one stop. Usual refreshments after race and icy wet alien towel. Results posted quickly. Free photos also. Short sleeve blended T-shirt and nice medal.

This is basically the same course as the Georgia Peach Jam, but fortunately it was not raining this time, so the boardwalk was much better to navigate. Mile markers at each mile and plenty of water stops. Race starts and ends at a park with restrooms. Good refreshments afterwards. Unfortunately the medals had not arrived, so they will be mailed out. Shirt is nice blended short sleeve. Attached is the photo of prize for 1st place in age category. Free photos and the results posted day of race.
