This race grows each year! This year the race was completely on the greenway. The hardest part is the beginning. The start of the race is not staggered and everyone goes at one through a narrow entry onto the greenway. You see the beautiful scenery of the greenway and then you are done! You receive a full pancake breakfast with coffee! As for swag you can choose a nice quarter zip jacket or a long sleeve hoodie tee shirt.! I recommend this race to friends!

This race was voted best race in Charlotte. If you want to test your training and see how far you have come then this is your race. The race is like a roller coaster, but there are two extra races within the race 1) Hardcore Hill and 2) Race to the Finish!

This is not only a great family Turkey Trot, but also a great race if you are vacationing in the Wilmington area and down to Fort Fisher. The race is flat and fast, the scenery is of the old homes in the area. There is cheering all along the route. The families that participated had matching shirts. The swag is a shirt, but great color and design. I will run it again when I am in the area.

This is one of my favorite races! Glad I grabbed a poncho that some one threw to the side. It poured rain, it thundered, lightning. And the Crowds still came out to cheer us on. Pittsburgh is an amazing town. I was told it is so hilly, but I had trained so the hills were not bad. You cross 3 or 4 of the golden bridges, you run by Steeler Nation stadium. They have an amazing finish line with all of the snacks you can image. The expo was one of the biggest I had been to since COVID. The finish line party looked amazing but it poured so I found my friends took pics and left. I hope to run this one again!

Beautiful run along the UNC campus and into the neighborhoods where the azaleas and rhododendrons were in bloom. Careful at mile 7 as it is a long downhill and then left turn to back up a hill. I recommend running this once! The metal is beautiful and the chocolate milk at the end was perfect! And yes it is a little friendly competition between the surrounding universities!
