This was my first half marathon and I could not have picked a better one. This race was very well organized and exceeded my expectations in every way! So many beautiful views, gradual climbs, perfect weather, awesome competitors, and the hardest working race volunteers out there. I wasn’t expecting to hear my name and congratulations on my first half as I came down the home stretch, but man, I’ll never forget it! We are planning to return next year!
