Being a Marine myself, this was one of my bucket list runs. This was my third marathon and I went in hoping for a PR. That was a mistake. The … MORE
Being a Marine myself, this was one of my bucket list runs. This was my third marathon and I went in hoping for a PR. That was a mistake. The narrow streets and massive amount of runners (along with the amazing sights and aid stations along the way) are not conducive to speed. My advice is to take it in and enjoy it. It is a once in a lifetime type run
