Unless you are 100% sure you can finish and will not twist an ankle or something do not do this race. Thought I would hurt myself at mile 7 and was told they could not help and that there probably were no rides or ambulances coming. Am now injured which is not surprising when I ended up having to walk another Three miles. The sweeps tried their best to aid the 8 people who could not finish. One person even had a panic attack that is how lacking the aid was.
