This is definitely a great half marathon for first timer. The trail is not too difficult but some part of the trail can be difficult. There was sufficient hydration station throughout the course with water, gnarly, and gels. The only hiccups was the pick-up/drop-off to the start of the race. There was a lot of traffic to the pick-off lot. We thought we would miss the run but managed to make it on time.
