Extremely tough course. Will go into it with a different mindset next time. Yes, I said next time because hands down it is a repeat. Wonderful community support, very well organized, loved the hometown feel to it. Beautiful scenery.

I was scheduled to race but due to an injury at the last moment I had to back up. They were great about allowing me to defer my registration. I was then able to volunteer and see things from the other side. As a first time volunteer I enjoyed the experience. The race organizer even recognized at me a few weeks later at another event.

A great challenging course with a LOT of spectator support along the way which helped the miles go by. Excellent post race party and snacks. Start/finish venue was perfect, easy/close/convenient … MORE
A great challenging course with a LOT of spectator support along the way which helped the miles go by. Excellent post race party and snacks. Start/finish venue was perfect, easy/close/convenient parking. Fun for the entire family. Only drawback was the swag – shirt was extremely thin making it very to see through (not always a plus for women) and did not care for the virtual discounts.
