Never had so much encouragement & opportunities for hydration during my training as I did during this race. I was elated to not just finish my first half, but to finish only 3 minutes after my daughter, having never run more than 4 miles before I started training. It was also a great choice to buy the extra wine glass for my husband to join in at the wine tasting post-race. We had a great time celebrating together! The setting at the start of the race is unmatched: sunrise over Mt. Hood at a beautiful winery. Classy race shirt & beautiful medal. Simply could not be more pleased.
