Great race – a bit crowded and difficult to get by people running three across. Gel packets were already open when handed to me – so a bit messy and very sticky. Otherwise – beautiful – great scenery and the weather was good.

As a first timer, I found the course easy to follow. There were plenty of water stations. The course was a bit crowded the first few miles, but once on beautiful PCH it was a pleasure to run!! I appreciated all of the encouragement from the supporters watching the marathon from the sidelines.
