Evergreen Ft Steilacoom Trail Run

Ft. Steilacoom Park, located just south of Tacoma, Washington is an urban park in the Pacific Northwest with hundreds of trails crisscrossing through open fields, lakes, forests and grasslands. The courses are fast with not a lot of climb, and feature a great variety of trails, terrain, and vegetation.

We offer 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon (13.1 Mile), Marathon (26.2 Mile) and 50K options. There will be plenty of aid stations and the courses are well marked with signs at intersections. The courses start and finish at the main Ft. Steilacoom Shelter.

For you history buffs out there, Ft. Steilacoom was constructed in 1849 and played a significant role in the settling of Washington Territory. Historic Fort Steilacoom is across the street from the park and open for tours (more info). This park features a state-of-the-art playground, an amazing off-leash dog park, many picnic shelters, and a small lake encircled by a paved walking path. Great place to invite the whole family if you’re so inclined!
